1. What FlyBilly Does

FlyBilly, a product of Zarathustra Solutions LLC (“FlyBilly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), analyzes how your local service business appears across AI recommendation platforms — including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Bing Copilot. You give us your business website, we research your AI visibility, and we deliver a scored report with competitive benchmarks and action items.

FlyBilly is a diagnostic and informational tool. We don't guarantee any specific business outcomes, rankings, or revenue changes based on our reports.

2. Your Account

Your phone number is your account. When you sign in, we send a verification code via SMS — there's no password. You're responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure. If you suspect someone else is using your account, contact us immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent the business you're analyzing. One account corresponds to one phone number.

3. What You Give Us

During onboarding, you provide your business website URL and confirm or edit details about your business (services, locations, value propositions, customer questions, competitors). By providing this information, you confirm that:

• You have the right to share it with us
• It's accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You're authorized to act on behalf of the business

You keep ownership of all information you provide. You grant FlyBilly a license to use that information to deliver the service — meaning we can read your public website, analyze your business data, query AI platforms about your business, and generate your report.

4. What We Deliver

We provide you with an AI visibility report that includes scores, benchmarks, and recommended actions.

4.1 AI-Generated Analysis — Important Limitations

FlyBilly's reports are generated using AI and automated research tools. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Results reflect a snapshot in time. AI platforms change their responses frequently. Your report shows how things looked when we ran the analysis, not a permanent state.
• Results may be inaccurate or incomplete. AI systems can produce incorrect outputs, and our analysis of third-party platforms may not capture their full behavior. We make no warranty that our analysis is accurate, comprehensive, or error-free.
• Scores are relative, not absolute. Your visibility score is based on our methodology and competitive benchmarks in your area. Different tools may produce different results.
• We don't control AI platforms. We observe and report on what ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others say about your business. We have no ability to change, influence, or guarantee what those platforms say.
• Recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. Our action items are based on patterns we've observed across similar businesses, but we cannot promise specific results.
• You are solely responsible for any business decisions made in reliance on your report.

Zarathustra Solutions LLC is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on AI-generated analysis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use FlyBilly to analyze a business you don't own or represent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our analysis methodology
• Use automated tools or bots to access the service
• Abuse the SMS verification system
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Resell or redistribute reports without our permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. SMS Communications

By signing up, you consent to receive text messages from FlyBilly at the phone number you provide. These messages include:

• Verification codes when you sign in
• A notification when your report is ready
• Occasional service updates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. You can opt out of non-essential messages by contacting us. Note that opting out of verification codes means you won't be able to sign in.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your content. You own the business information you provide. We don't claim ownership of your data.

7.2 Our content. The reports, scores, analysis methodology, interface, and all other FlyBilly materials are owned by Zarathustra Solutions LLC. Your report is licensed to you for your own business use — you can share it with your team, consultants, or partners, but you can't resell it or use it to build a competing product.

7.3 Feedback. If you send us suggestions or ideas, we can use them to improve the product without owing you anything. Don't send us anything you consider confidential intellectual property.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep FlyBilly running smoothly, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. If we make changes that meaningfully affect your use of the service, we'll do our best to give you notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

FlyBilly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that our analysis will be accurate.

Zarathustra Solutions LLC's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $100, whichever is greater).

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we've been told they might happen.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zarathustra Solutions LLC and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

11. Termination

You can stop using FlyBilly at any time. If you want your data deleted, contact us and we'll handle it within 30 days.

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we need to for legal or operational reasons. We'll try to give you notice when possible.

12. Disputes

If we have a disagreement, let's try to work it out directly first. Contact us and we'll do our best to resolve things informally.

If that doesn't work, any disputes will be governed by the laws of New York and resolved in the courts of New York. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by text message or by posting a notice on the app. Continued use of FlyBilly after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
