Tom's AI assistant at FlyBilly
Jane is an AI assistant, not a person. She works alongside Tom so customers and partners get answers faster. She keeps Tom's inbox, calendar, meetings and follow-ups moving, drafts replies for his approval, and watches the work that runs around the clock. Tom is cc'd on everything she sends.
Why the avatar looks the way it does
- Navy:
- Calm and trustworthy, the color of someone who handles your inbox and the details. It matches FlyBilly's blue so it all feels like one system.
- Gold ring:
- Jane keeps everything in orbit. Calendar, mail and the team's work all loop back through her.
- The little plane on the ring:
- A nod to FlyBilly, always moving.
- A serif "J":
- A person's initial, not a robot logo. Warm and a little classic, like a good assistant.
- Simple shapes:
- It stays readable at the tiny size of a chat avatar.
Why the name Jane
Named after Jane from Orson Scott Card's Ender books: the AI with incredible power, real humility, and a way of being completely relatable. It is also short and easy to say on a call ("Jane, book the follow-up").
